JakiTaki
Jaki Taki is an original puppet theatre production by Teatr Puppetterra, inspired by the true life story of Kamil Witaszak. The performance explores themes of addiction, fractured relationships, identity, and the search for hope through puppetry, lights and music. A defining element of the production is its use of a hyper-realistic puppet created by renowned puppet maker Vladimir Zakharov, one of only a handful of its kind in the world. The cast features acclaimed performers, including Jarosław Figura and Kamil Witaszak.
Julia composed the original score, creating an minimalist yet emotionally driven musical landscape that accompanies the protagonist's journey. Combining intimate instrumental writing (focus on violin) with ambient textures the music enhances the psychological depth and gives space for acting and storytelling.
The production received critical acclaim and won the XXI Przegląd Małych Form Teatralnych in Łódź.
