Julia prepared, taped, organised, and distributed orchestral materials for the recording sessions, ensuring performance-ready scores and parts were available for the orchestra. During selected recording days, she independently covered music library duties by preparing the daily cue order and providing any additional scores or parts required throughout the sessions.
